The sample room

From your art to the merch table

  1. Bobbin at the factory time clock, reading a client's sketch while envelopes drift in

    Clock in

Send us your art, your vibe, a rough quantity and the date you need it. Bobbin reads every time card himself.

  2. Marigold holding colour swatches while Sprocket projects a mushroom design onto a blank jersey

    Mockup

Marigold and Sprocket put your design on the real product, so you see exactly how it looks before anything is made.

  3. Tassel twisting the fringe on a pashmina sample while Kandi inspects it with a magnifying glass

    Sample

For new products, Tassel makes a sample and Kandi inspects every stitch, so you can check the colour, fabric and fit.

  4. The crew on the factory floor: Kandi stamps boxes, Marigold wheels them out and Bobbin waves them off toward the festival

    Production

We run your order, Kandi stamps every box and the crew ships it to you, your tour stop or the festival.

Ways to work with us

You design

Bring your art

You send finished artwork. We handle the mockups, samples and production.

Most artists pick this

We design together

Send us a sketch, a logo or just a vibe. Our team designs it, you approve it, we make it.

Hands off

Full merch run

We design, make and sell your drop through our shop, then split the profit with you.

What we make

Most orders take 4–8 weeks from the day you approve the design. Want the full pitch deck with pricing? Ask for it when you clock in.

Quick answers

How many pieces do I need to order?

Most first runs start between 50 and 100 pieces, depending on the product. Smaller drops are possible, so ask. Patch

I don't have finished art. Can you design it?

Yes. Most of what's on the production line was designed by us with the artist. A sketch, logo or reference is enough to start. Marigold

Can I see it before you make the whole order?

Always. You get a mockup first, and a physical sample for new products. Tassel

How long does it take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks after you approve the design, depending on the product. Tell us your date and we'll plan backwards from it. Sprocket

Where do you ship?

Across the US, straight to you, a tour stop or a festival. Ask us about international orders. Kandi

How does pricing work?

Every quote is built around your design: the product, quantity, print method and finishes all play a part. Clock in with your idea and we'll send one over. Bobbin

Can you make it glow under blacklight?

Often, yes. UV-reactive inks and threads work on most of what we make, and every glowing piece gets checked under blacklight before it ships. Lumen

Ready when you are

Bobbin clocks in at 11:11. Your time card is waiting.
