Privacy policy
Nite Loom is a small, women-owned merch studio. We only collect what we need to make your project and to tell you about drops. We never sell it.
What we collect
- When you clock in a project: your name, email, Instagram handle (optional), what you want made, quantities, budget, event date, how you found us, your notes, and any art files you upload.
- When you join drop alerts: your email address.
- When you browse: pages viewed and actions such as opening a product or sending a time card, collected through the Meta pixel and our site analytics, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit).
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, quote your project, make samples and deliver your order.
- To email you about new drops, only if you signed up. Every alert lets you unsubscribe.
- To see which pages and products people care about, and to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
Who helps us handle it
These services process data for us. They don't get to use it for their own purposes, except Meta as described in its own policy.
- Vercel
- Hosts the website and runs our privacy-friendly site analytics.
- Supabase
- Stores time cards, uploaded art and drop-alert sign-ups.
- Resend
- Sends the email that tells our team a new time card came in.
- Google Workspace
- Our email inbox.
- Meta
- The Meta pixel, which helps us measure ads on Instagram and Facebook. Meta may combine it with what it knows about your account.
Cookies and tracking
The Meta pixel sets cookies to tell whether a visit came from one of our ads. Our site analytics don't use cookies. You can block third-party cookies in your browser or change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. The site still works either way.
How long we keep it
We keep project details and art for as long as we're working together, plus up to three years so we can reorder or remake your merch. We keep drop-alert emails until you unsubscribe. Analytics are kept in aggregate.
Your choices
Email sales@niteloom.com to see what we have about you, correct it or delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have more rights under local law. We honor those requests the same way.
Kids
This site is for artists, promoters and brands. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When the online shop opens, we'll add how payments and shipping details are handled. If anything changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
